They build strong, trusting relationships that enable them to design bespoke programmes tailored to the needs of their families. These programmes offer wideranging support, advice and access to funding, which directly helps remove barriers to learning and improves pupils’ engagement and attendance. The school provides a rich variety of opportunities to engage families and connect them with valuable services, including coffee mornings, garden parties, a dedicated dads’ group, Big Bocs Bwyd and an ALN family marketplace. Leaders work closely with a range of external agencies and share their practice widely, enhancing the support available to the community.
