Learning to Learn’: a self-directed learning framework
Most pupils develop an unusually advanced level of independence for their age as a result of the ‘learning to learn’ approach and the school’s learning ethos. This is enabled and fostered by their extensive use and proficiency with educational technology and digital devices to facilitate their learning. As a consequence, they are resilient in their approach to work, attempting to resolve challenges without prematurely seeking help and demonstrating determination and perseverance. This is a significant feature of the school.
