Embedding improvement through distributed leadership
As part of the strategy of developing leadership at all levels, all teachers take responsibility for leading priorities within the school's improvement plan. A designated teacher in each year group drives the implementation of each priority, ensuring that staff share ownership of improvement work and that agreed approaches are introduced consistently and embedded effectively. As a result, improvements have a positive impact on pupils' learning, for example in the strong development of pupils’ digital skills across the school.
