Leaders and staff have developed a clear and ambitious curriculum that is refined through regular evaluation and collaboration with pupils, parents and staff. The curriculum responds well to pupils’ needs, reflects the local community and provides purposeful learning experiences that engage pupils successfully. Teachers design authentic experiences that build systematically on prior learning through meaningful enquiry and strong cross-curricular links. These promote pupils’ understanding of Wales, their locality and diverse communities effectively, supporting them to develop a strong sense of identity and respect for others.
