Being a peer inspector is a unique professional learning opportunity to see effective practice where it’s happening every day, and to take these examples back to your provision to support improvement.

We are currently recruiting for candidates who are currently senior leaders in: 

• Independent specialist colleges

Peer Inspectors are a key part of our inspection teams. If you qualify as a Peer Inspector, you’ll:

• use your knowledge and skills to observe sessions, talk to learners, leaders and staff, and scrutinise samples of pupils’ work.
• contribute to discussions, helping the inspection team to arrive at agreed evaluations.
• use your observations to draft short sections of the inspection report as part of the inspection team activity.

You must currently be working in an independent specialist college to be eligible for this role.
