Learning and Development Partner


We’re looking for a Learning and Development Partner to support key initiatives across Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and general People operations.

  • Key tasks include:
  • Partnering with managers to conduct training needs analysis to promote career progression and retention
  • Work with People and OD Advisors to plan and support the delivery of training and development activities
  • Develop and deliver tailored learning solutions to address skill gaps and support employee growth
  • Manage and oversee induction programs for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences
  • Support policy changes through engaging and innovative training programs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including annual surveys, and develop strategies to address identified needs
  • Managing the learning and development budget in accordance with organisational governance arrangements
  • Support equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, including supporting managers with completion of equality impact assessments
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and adjust strategies to meet evolving organisational needs.
  • Attend relevant internal meetings including committees, boards and groups and deputise for the People and OD Manager where necessary
  • Develop our approach and strategy to learning and development within Estyn
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required

Duration: Fixed Term for 12-months (to cover maternity leave)

Salary: £37,129 – £45,399
