Monmouthshire’s Autism in Schools and Settings (MASS) programme provides a purposeful and well-aligned strategic response to the increasing levels of neurodiversity identified in pupils. The breadth and reach of bilingual training, accessed by more than 1,300 practitioners, has been complemented by a well-structured Autism Champion model, in all settings and schools, that distributes leadership effectively.
