Estyn Stakeholder Perceptions Research

In December 2024, we published the results of our stakeholder perceptions research.

We commissioned an independent research project to seek honest feedback on the perception of our work, brand and reputation amongst a range of stakeholders.

The purpose of seeking stakeholder insights is to gain a deeper understanding of the working relationships we have with our stakeholders – to assess our reputation, assess the impact and usefulness of our key reports, publications and campaigns and to understand stakeholders’ preferred methods of communicating and engaging with us.

Feedback was shared through an online survey and 23 qualitative interviews.

This research will be conducted on an annual basis over three years initially to enable us to better benchmark and inform our priorities going forward.
