Dignity at work policy
This policy is a revision of Estyn’s former Bullying & Harassment Policy. We are committed to providing a working environment free from all forms of bullying, harassment, discrimination and victimisation, in line with our organisational values and behaviours and our Strategic Equality Plan. All staff have the right to be treated with dignity at work.
At Estyn, we have a zero tolerance approach to any forms of bullying, harassment, discrimination, victimisation or intimidation. We recognise that such behaviours have a negative effect on personal and team health and wellbeing, our reputation as an organisation and on how we deliver our services.
