Managing potential conflicts of interests policy

All Estyn staff and non-executive directors are required to recognise and disclose activities that might give rise to conflicts of interest, or the perception of conflicts, and to ensure that such conflicts are seen to be properly managed or avoided.

In following this policy we expect to manage any potential conflicts and protect the integrity and reputation of Estyn and its staff.
