Leaders at Model C.I.W. School have developed a strategy to ensure a balanced approach to teaching that delivers a broad curriculum.

Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Bryn Tawe felt not enough pupils were being represented on their school council. They decided to create six different councils, with each working on specific priorities.

A new headteacher was employed when the school merged with three local schools. Their main aim was to ensure consistency in all of the schools and spend their time fairly at each school .
